Full-Scale Test Facilities
Over 350 pipeline tests on a wide variety of slurry have been performed in our Hydraulic Laboratory.
We have operated our own full scale slurry pump test facility since the 1950s. The growth of this facility has been the result of increasing customer expectations and the desire to create partnerships with customers to achieve superior solutions for slurry transport applications. Our Hydraulic Test Lab currently provides three areas of support:
- clear water pump performance testing linked to new equipment sales
- slurry and equipment testing aimed at supporting the design of new pump/pipeline installations or optimization of existing systems
- internal product development and R&D work aimed at evaluating new products or features and exploring new technologies that we believe will benefit our customer's by adding value
