KSB is a major supplier of abrasive resistant white iron castings for the electric power, cement and crushed stone industries. Over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities encompass a state-of-the-art foundry and machine shop with the ability to pour and machine white iron roller tires up to 33,000 pounds. KSB has been selected by leading original equipment manufacturers to be the primary supplier of roller mill wear parts.

Electric Power Industry

KSB manufacturers quality wear parts for all major ball and race and roller mill pulverizers. Parts are supplied both to the original equipment manufacturer and on a direct basis depending on the mill type.

 Cement Industry

KSB has been manufacturing wear parts for the cement industry since the late 70’s. The majority of products are supplied to the original equipment manufacturers while some parts are sold on a direct basis.

Slurry Pump Wear Part – Value Engineering

KSB has the capability to offer both hydraulic and material upgrades on parts for any brand pump. Our Faro Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine precisely measures parts either in house or in the field. Existing pumps can be fitted for new parts right on the job site. Customers will know that they have our backing for their casting needs. KSB has the hydraulic pump knowledge to offer improvements to customer castings when applicable. The company has the industry-leading experience in design and fabricating products for high-wear and extreme environments.
