KSB Sonolyzer® app : Simply “hear” energy efficiency or inefficiency

The KSB Sonolyzer® app enables you to hear the efficiency or inefficiency of pumps and other rotating equipment. Here's all you need to do:

  1. Enter four parameters in the app which you will find on the name plate of every machine.
  2. Hold your mobile device for 20 seconds next to the fan of the asynchronous motor operated at mains frequency. The KSB Sonolyzer® app will record the operating noises with the microphone.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the data to be analysed and the result will be displayed on your smartphone or tablet.
