Our expertise and state-of-the art furnaces stand for a melting process of the highest production quality and reliability.
State-of-the-art technology paired with decades of experience
Our employees’ know-how and decades of experience as well as state-of-the-art melting furnaces ensure the highest of production stability and reliability.
Our materials range comprises the most diverse of alloys, from simple grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and cast steel to bronze, duplex, super duplex and triplex steel. Our continuous quality management starts right from the receiving inspection and testing of all raw materials used in the process.
We have got a total of seven furnaces available for the melting process. They are suitable for component sizes weighing up to four tonnes. Using thermal analysis the melt is specifically checked for its composition based on customer requirements. Our comprehensive ERP system ensures a consistently certified production process from initial weighing through to attestation. Sustainability is important to us: The required electricity will be generated by our own photovoltaic system in the future.
Our experienced specialists will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have. They can also provide you with tailored quotes. Contact us directly to benefit from our many years of experience and our commitment to quality.

The sand moulding process is used in our moulding shop to produce prototypes and individual components as well as small and medium batches in an efficient and cost-effective way.
In the fettling shop we remove all sand residues from the unfinished cast components and smoothen the surfaces. Annealing enhances the material properties.
We tightly monitor and optimise every batch and offer certificates for mechanical testing, intergranular corrosion/Huey test and structural examinations.
