Foundry consultancy

When drafting your components, benefit from our engineering designers’ know-how and the opportunities our materials laboratory offers.

Our foundry consultancy ensures high-quality components

For drafting components and selecting a suitable material our engineering designers and materials laboratory experts will be at your side to find an optimum solution for your application.

Cutting-edge production processes have increased the expectations regarding the moulding precision and material quality of cast components. Each individual part has to be manufactured in such a way that it meets specific requirements for the most diverse of applications.

The demands placed on materials, the quality of production processes and post-treatment are also much higher than ever. To give you a good idea of the solutions required for your purposes, well-founded consultation is key. In order to supply you with the best possible outcome, our designers use state-of-the-art design software to produce a component that meets your precise requirements.

Simulation software shown on a screen

Simulation software enables efficient realisation

Assisted by our software, we are able to simulate both the filling of the corresponding mould and the solidification behaviour of the required cast component. This allows designs to be modified prior to casting and determine their ideal casting technology and material composition.

The benefits that can be gained by true-to-life simulation and our experience are obvious: Using this software reduces the material quantity, human hours and energy consumption. This means we can produce high-quality components at a comparatively lower price. The high quality and shorter delivery times gained in this way make us a perfect partner for creating your prototypes.

Our materials consultancy will find the ideal material for you

Searching for an ideally suited material meeting your requirements is based on a multitude of criteria: the application the component will be used for and the load it will be subjected to as well as the mould dimensions, weight and surface finish quality.

Based on the expertise of our materials laboratory and our decades of experience using and processing the most diverse of materials we will find a suitable material for your component.
