Summary of Job description

  1. Handle Submersible Pumps Warranty Resolution 
  2. Coordinate with Toll free service representative for operational issues / changes 
  3. Visit site for Sub Complaints resolutions 
  4. Handle In-House Pump Repair Activity (Chargeable) 
  5. Conduct Customer Training

Qualification and experience

Diploma in Mechanical/Diploma in Electrical/BE Mechanical/ BE Electrical Min 7 - 12 Years’ Experience in Engineering Industry preferably Pump Industry in Customer Service

Knowledge / skills required

  • Basic Commercial knowledge 
  •  SAP Knowledge

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • MS Office proficiency
  •  Communication Skills
  • Hands on experience in Pump repairs 
  • Basic Commercial Knowledge
