Manager – TSS & Key Accounts- Replacement / Retrofit

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for Offer submissions by reviewing customer requirements, pump selection. Review of energy savings/capacity enhancement proposals.
2. Ensure correct techno commercial proposals.
3. Review proposals for Repairs, replacement pumps & retrofit (KSB as well as non-KSB), ARC valves and costing. 
4. Ensure site visits before submission of the offer for KSB & other make replacement pump enquiries and energy saving proposals.
5. Enquire, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for bought out items. 
6. Discuss with KSB offices/ customers for techno commercial points.
7. Create orders in SAP and convert the external order to internal indent.
8. Prepare purchase notes and initiate kick off meetings.
9. Responsible for Order intake of replacement, retrofit, repair business. 
10. Support, Guide and provide Training- Development plan for team members. 

Qualification and experience

BE – Mechanical with 12-14 years of experience.

Knowledge / skills required 

• Product and application knowledge of pumps, mechanical seal, seal systems & ARC valves.
• Pump Selection
