Deputy Manager (PPC)

Summary of Job description

1.   Responsible for lead production planning and Control department.
2. Coordinate with MRP / OE for Rolling forecast / firm plan against submersible lines.
3. Prepare & finalize monthly production plan as per orders on hands.
4.   Lead Direct sales meeting from PPC perspective & DWM meetings
5. Monitor critical orders, high value orders and export orders separately. Take care of project orders separately.
6.    Conduct lead Planner V/s Buyer meeting on daily basis.
7.  Prepare various MIS reports on daily and monthly basis.
8. Prepare & Update Delay Analysis / Action plan in DMAIC Report after consulting with respective departments.
9.  Ensure on-time release of pumps by daily discussing with the team.
10.   Maintain Zero COGI.
11.   Ensure Strategic stocking of components/ pumps/ motors as per MPS
12. Provide support for new development in products as well as system.
13.  Monitor aging report and take timely actions to clear it.
14.   Ensure warehouse Material planning and monitor with the help of team.
15.  Manage the 8 Inch line from planning perspective.
16. Ensure release/Feedback of pump sets as per daily TAKT and also maintaining 3 days WIP.
17. Ensure replies to enquires and urgencies from OE/Customer

Qualification and experience

BE (Mechanical)8 to 10 yrs Preferably from Pump industry

Knowledge / skills required

•  Knowledge of KSB products.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/PP/IM Module.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
