Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for Design and Development of Reciprocating pump, prepare manufacturing drawings and documents.
2. Prepare Reciprocating pump Assembly model, BOM & procurement specification for raw material and brought-out items.
3. Prepare project drawings e.g cross sectional, general arrangement, and pump auxiliary etc.
4. Prepare O&M and support to sales for pump & spares selection.
5. Prepare parts list & related documentation in SAP, support in preparing procedures, Manufacturing Plan.
6. Support and interact with manufacturing, purchase, vendors for any routine requirements.
7. Create intricate surfaces smoothly from the wire mesh/ 3D scanning.
8. Prepare product BoM, Manufacturing process plans and Quality assurance plans and exposure of industrial steel grade materials.
9. Prepare complex 3D models of all RP components.

Qualification and experience

BE - Mechanical with 8 to 10 years of experience

Knowledge / skills required

• Knowledge of SAP Module, UG-NX, AutoCAD, SAP, Team Centre & MS-Office

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Reciprocating pumps design & construction, Operation
• Reverse engineering of Reciprocating pumps
• Planning and Coordination
