Deputy Manager (Building Services)

Summary of Job description

1. Provide techno commercial support to Sales team for standard as well as project business.
2. Provide Pre-tendering support to sales team to review product specifications and budgeting the project
3. Responsible for achieving sales targets and business development of specific application of Building Services like firefighting and HVAC
4. Coordinate with sales team/dealers/contractors/customers for pre order technical support
5. Coordinate with internal departments like Contract Management, Purchase, COP, TOP and QA for post order execution.
6. Prepare Technical presentations and handle seminars.
7. Responsible for Dealer development and support.
8. Responsible for analysing Product, Market and Competitor for Building Services

Qualification and experience

B.E. / B. Tech – Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical with 7 to 11 years’ experience

Knowledge / skills required

• Knowledge of MS-Office
