Summary of Job description

  1. Responsible for preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Related Party Schedule.
  2. Handle Transfer Pricing Audit of Indian entities and group entities.
  3. Support in Income Tax Audit and preparation of Advance Tax working, Income Tax computation and ITR filing.
  4. Responsible for monthly payments of TDS/ TCS and filing of quarterly returns.
  5. Manage Income Tax and Transfer Pricing assessment of Indian and group entities.
  6. Support in preparation of Accounts, audits and Tax Assessment of Trusts.

Qualification and experience 

Chartered Accountant, B.Com. with 7.5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Knowledge/skills required.

  • Knowledge of Direct Taxation
  • Knowledge of Accounting
