KSB equips the tallest building in the Netherlands with pumps
The scope of supply comprises nearly fifty Etaline variable speed circulating pumps equipped with PumpDrive 2 Eco and PumpDrive 2 modular self-cooling frequency inverters.

In addition, KSB’s Dutch subsidiary is also supplying PumpMeter pump monitoring units. Besides determining the current operating point and measuring all key pump data, they can also identify potential savings that can be made during operation.
KSB’s pumps and motors were primarily chosen due to their high efficiency and resulting low energy consumption. Particular importance was attached to the environmental friendliness and life cycle costs of the installed products during the tender process.
At a height of 215 metres, De Zalmhaven, also known as the Zalmhaventoren, is the tallest building in the Benelux countries and comprises apartments and offices, a roof garden, a multi-storey car park and a fitness centre. It is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
