Thomas Mueller, President and Managing Director

Mr. Mueller brings an impressive 37 years of experience with the KSB Group, including 26 years at KSB GIW. Throughout his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in the company’s ongoing success, demonstrating outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to KSB's mission and values.

Thomas Mueller began his career as an engineer in the Hydraulic Design Department in Germany, where he quickly distinguished himself through his technical acumen and problem-solving skills. He later joined KSB GIW as Chief Engineer, leveraging his deep expertise in hydraulic design to drive engineering excellence in the U.S. operations.

Rising through the ranks, Mr. Mueller assumed several strategic leadership positions, including Director of Product Management and Strategic Planning, and subsequently served as Vice President of Operations for over 15 years. His guidance has been fundamental in enhancing operational performance, steering organizational growth, and fostering a culture rooted in innovation and collaboration.

Among his significant achievements, Mr. Mueller oversaw the successful planning and construction of the LCCI-1 and LCCI-2 facilities, expanding KSB GIW’s capabilities and securing the company’s position as an industry leader well into the future.

Mr. Mueller holds the following degrees: PE Licensure, Mechanical Engineering; Master of Business Administration; and Engineering Diploma in Mechanical and Process Engineering.
