Our corporate culture is shaped by the people who live it every day. Our values are what unites us. They are more than just words: they guide us, build trust and make positive collaboration possible – within the team, with customers and with partners.

1. Trust – we keep our promises

Trust is not created overnight; we build trust day by day – through reliability, transparency and professionalism. Anyone who works with KSB can rely on KSB. Because we stand by our word.

2. Integrity – we do the right thing

What matters is the bigger picture: we do things for the good of our company, not for personal gain or out of departmental interests. Our actions are guided by this moral compass. Above all else, our Code of Conduct forms the basis for everything we do. 

KSB and the UN Global Compact

KSB joined the United Nations Global Compact more than a decade ago and considers it a foundation for responsible business. Particularly important for us: the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

We take responsibility for the consequences of our actions. That is why we take a long-term view and consider the consequences of our actions for the company and for society. We acknowledge our mistakes openly and learn from them.
