Strengthening partnership with OEM customers through knowledge sharing by KSB Indonesia at a seminar in Jakarta

KSB Indonesia recently held a seminar in Jakarta for 40 OEM customers, showcasing market trends, latest pump and valve solutions, and practical maintenance guidance. Positive participant engagement highlighted the value of the sessions, reinforcing KSB’s commitment to providing reliable products, expert support, and long-term collaboration with OEM partners.

On November 4, 2025, KSB Indonesia successfully held a Seminar for the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Market in Jakarta, attended by 40 valued OEM customers from various industries. The event served as a platform to share insights, strengthen partnerships, and introduce KSB’s latest solutions tailored for OEM applications. 
The seminar opened with welcoming remarks from Ms. Eleonora Ellen, Senior General Manager – Sales KSB Indonesia, who highlighted KSB’s long-standing commitment to supporting OEM customers with reliable products, engineering expertise, and localized services.
 Continuing the session, Ms. Sinta Oktaviana, Director Global Market Strategy – General Industry, delivered an insightful presentation on “Global General Industry Market Strategy Overview”, offering participants a broader perspective on market trends and opportunities where KSB solutions can add value. 
The agenda proceeded with Mr. Alexander Becker, Vice President – General Industry Market Intelligence, OEM and Dealer Management, who presented “KSB Comprehensive Solutions for OEM Applications.” His session showcased KSB’s global capabilities, emphasizing the synergy between innovation, quality, and customer-centric design. 
Further technical sessions were led by Mr. M. Saddam Nashadaqu, Senior Sales Engineer, and Mr. Brens Oktaringer, Market Area Leader – General Industry and Building Services, who jointly introduced KSB Pump Product Solutions (input MSMO), focusing on product performance, efficiency, and adaptability to OEM systems.
 In the following presentation, Mr. Santanu Nugraha, Sales Manager – Valve, discussed “KSB Valve Solutions: Empowering OEM Performance,” highlighting how KSB’s valve technologies enhance reliability and system integration for OEM applications. 
Technical excellence continued with Mr. Kosmas Henri Wirasto, Manager – SupremeServ Non-Mining, who shared two key sessions: “Maintenance and Troubleshooting” and “KSB Dr Pump.” His sessions provided practical insights into preventive maintenance, service optimization, and digital monitoring for better operational reliability. 
The whole session including interactive Q&A session, hosted and moderated by Mr. Conan Farrell, Senior Sales Engineer General Industry, allowing participants to exchange ideas, clarify technical points, and share their expectations for future collaboration. 
Feedback collected through post-event questionnaires showed high satisfaction among participants, particularly appreciating the technical depth, clarity of presentations, and KSB’s proactive approach to customer engagement.
