Family Gathering 2025: Embraces a day of unity, joy, and appreciation

KSB Indonesia hosted a memorable Family Gathering in Jakarta and Balikpapan, bringing together employees and their families in a joyful celebration of unity, appreciation, and work-life balance. More than just an event, the gathering reflects KSB’s commitment to building stronger bonds, both within teams and with the families who support them every day.

On July 19th & 26th, KSB Indonesia brought together employees, partners, and their loved ones for an unforgettable Family Gathering in Jakarta & Balikpapan—a short getaway designed to promote work-life balance and strengthen the bond between employees and their families.
The occasion kicked off early in the morning. From the start, both venues were full of energy and joy — a magical day filled with laughter and heartfelt connections.
Two cities, one shared goal
The first gathering was held at Watu Beach, Balikpapan on July 19th, with teams from Balikpapan, Sangatta, Banjarmasin, Tanjung Tabalong, and Palembang (Sales), along with partners and families. A week later, on July 26th, employees and families from Java and Sumatera gathered at Trans Studio Cibubur, Jakarta.
Though held separately, both events shared the same spirit—taking a break from routines, enjoying fun activities, and fostering connections as one KSB community.
Highlights in Watu Beach, Balikpapan:
  1. Team collaborative games – competitive group challenges bringing employees together through fun and movements.
  2. Family involvement – family-friendly games, including group competitions for children.
  3. Special prizes – door prizes, exclusive grand prizes, and winner’s prizes from the games were highly anticipated by all participants.
  4. Children’s playground – a giant playground area, adding excitement for the kids to have an active fun play together.
  5. Healthy and relaxation corner – a basic medical check-up station was available, and participants could freshen up with a reflexology massage to complete the day.

Meanwhile, there are the joyful moments from Trans Studio Cibubur, Jakarta:
  1. Cultural performances – KSB families showcased their talents through traditional dances and singing.
  2. Exciting prizes – special door prizes, grand prizes, and exclusive souvenirs brought smiles to everyone.
  3. Special band performance – a top Indonesian band lit up the stage, turning the crowd into one big singalong.
  4. Fun for all ages – from thrill rides to park attractions, both kids and adults enjoyed a shared adventure together.
This gathering was more than just an event — it was an uplifting celebration of what makes us strong, not just as a team but as one big community. It reminded us that behind every success at work is a strong support system: families who inspire, encourage, and stand beside us every step of the way.
