New KSB SupremeServ Workshop in Laval

KSB North America has expanded its presence in Québec with the opening of a new full-service KSB SupremeServ workshop in Laval, providing local pump repair and technical support to Québec customers. The facility offers service preformed in-province, French-speaking technicians, and repairs for all pump makes and models, ensuring Québec industries receive timely, comprehensive and local support.

The new workshop eliminates the need to send equipment out of the province and thereby reduces downtime, while strengthening local customer partnerships. “We listened to our customers and acted quickly to meet their needs,” said Makram Mouhli, Director, Québec Province for KSB Canada. “This new workshop reflects our commitment to delivering fast, reliable service where it matters most, close to our customers, in their language, and on their terms.”

The Laval facility is KSB’s third SupremeServ workshop in Canada, joining Mississauga and Edmonton. KSB has operated a Laval office since 2009; this expansion adds full-service capabilities.

The workshop repairs and rebuilds pumps, motors, and rotating equipment of any make or model. Services include commissioning, maintenance, system optimization, on-site and in-shop support, reverse engineering, metallurgy evaluations, hydraulic re-rates, and work by KSB-trained technicians. KSB’s investment in local service supports its strategy to deliver full life cycle support across North America.
