KSB is represented in over 150 countries, enabling us to feel the pulse of the world. We strive to take the lead in our market and to be a Global Champion for our customers, our employees and society. We achieve this by bringing together people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures – to exchange ideas, improve on tried-and-tested approaches and create something new.
Global Quality
Our understanding of quality goes far beyond delivering products that offer the highest level of efficiency and lowest wear. KSB is committed to creating solutions that help our customers to achieve their goals. We are there to support and optimise the operation of our products throughout their entire life cycle. Service expert Bernhard Salamon, for instance, examines systems on site in order to rectify any problems and identify potential for improvement.
Global Presence
For us, having a global presence means much more than being available to our customers in over 150 countries with a close-knit sales and service network. It also means connecting people from different countries and cultures. Like Victoria Ensinger, for example, who as Manager Regional Finance & Controlling in Dubai is bringing together people from a wide range of regions and backgrounds to form a team.
Global Technology
Technical progress is not an end in itself – it needs to solve challenges. We integrate the best technology into our products and processes in order to develop tailored services and innovations that give our customers the decisive edge over the competition. Marco Linhardt, for example, uses additive manufacturing processes at KSB’s Pegnitz location to develop solutions geared towards the requirements of the future.
Global Sustainability
Sustainable management is deeply embedded in our company. We help our customers to reduce carbon emissions not only through energy-efficient products but also through our own resource-conserving production methods. One example is highlighted by Nitin Patil, who manages KSB’s state-of-the-art production plant in Shirwal, India. Thanks to rainwater harvesting and solar power, the plant is able to produce products in a very environmentally friendly manner.
