Conflict minerals

KSB requires suppliers of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, as well as products containing these minerals, to ensure responsible sourcing and processing in accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and Regulation (EU) 2017/821. KSB uses a software-based supplier enquiry system for this purpose. We are pleased to provide our customers with the latest version of the resulting KSB Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) on request.

In accordance with the requirements of the Critical Raw Materials Act (EU) 2024/1252, KSB has established structured processes for assessing the strategic raw materials it uses and has implemented risk assessment procedures. At the same time, we continuously follow relevant legislative developments and take action where necessary.
