LNG

LNG stands for liquefied natural gas. It is cooled to −161 °C (boiling point at atmospheric pressure) and, in its liquid state, has a volume of only 1/600th of the natural gas volume in gas form. It consists mainly of methane and is almost always combined with CO₂ and N₂ (also see Liquefied gas pump).
