ECOLINE BSGT-S Gate valve

Gate valve ECOLINE BSGT-S

Bellows-type gate valve to ANSI/ASME with flanged or socket weld ends, bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke, integral seat, graphite gland packing, stainless steel gaskets. Designed with extension cylinder to accommodate the bellows inside the valve. Available in material variants WCB, CF8/CF8M with trim materials 13 % Cr, 13 Cr + Stellite, SS316/SS304 with Stellite. Acting as the primary seal, the bellows prevents the fluid handled from entering the gland packing area and ensures the zero emission performance of the valve.

Benefits

  • Stem is sealed by bellows, so gland packing area is not in contact with fluid handled.
  • Long trim life as shock loads acting on the trim are reduced by the bellows.
