1. Confirm your registration

You will receive an e-mail from us shortly. Please confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the e-mail within 48 hours. You can then log in to MyKSB directly using your credentials.

2. Authorise your account

After your confirmation we need 1-3 working days to authorise your account and grant you further permissions, for example to view spare parts lists and order spare parts or new products. As soon as we have completed these steps, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

3. Take a look around

Until your account is fully authorised, you will be able to 
  • Exploreall type series
  • Add material numbers to your shopping basket and
  • Save these for later in a watchlist
To the KSB shop
