The Internet is an integral part of our professional and private lives. An ever-increasing number of people are using social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedln and Instagram.
Communication with customers, business partners and the public is of paramount importance to us. Through feedback and intensive exchange, we can accomplish even more and continue to develop. We value your opinion and are pleased that you are joining in the discussion. Constructive criticism is welcome.
In order to maintain a welcoming environment, we ask that all users follow our netiquette ground rules. We have created these guidelines to ensure that everyone in our community has a positive experience on our social media pages. Please note that we reserve the right to remove comments or posts that violate these guidelines and to block or ban users who do not follow our policy. In serious cases, violations may result in the initiation of legal action.
KSB does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made on social media and does not endorse any opinions expressed on its pages. The comments, opinions and images posted by users on our social media pages do not necessarily reflect the brand values and opinions of our company, employees and business partners.

All users are responsible for the content and posts they publish. We do not accept any responsibility for any contributions posted by users.

4 Netiquette

By interacting with us on social media, you acknowledge and agree to the netiquette rules set out in our Community Guidelines. We would also like to remind you to maintain a friendly and respectful tone. These rules supplement the general terms of use that you accepted on the respective social media platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that falls into one of the following categories and, where necessary, take further action in accordance with applicable laws.
Please refrain from posting (or reposting) content that:
  • Defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens or otherwise violates the legal rights of others (such as privacy and publicity rights).
  • Contains discriminatory, hateful or offensive language targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or other protected characteristics.
  • Contains any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information.
  • You do not have the publication and image rights for.
Do not:
  • Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property rights (or by privacy or publicity rights) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received the necessary consent.
  • Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other software or programs that may damage or harm another device.
  • Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
  • Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
  • Share AI-generated content (e.g. deepfakes, synthetic media) without clear labelling or with intent to mislead.
Additional guidelines:
  • Links to external websites may be reviewed, and we reserve the right to remove URLs or entire comments if the linked content is deemed inappropriate or misleading. 
  • Commercial messages, political or religious statements, election or party advertising, calls for demonstrations, campaigns and petitions are not permitted. This also applies to spam and repetitive posting. 
  • We encourage constructive feedback and creative contributions. Positive engagement, respectful disagreement and diverse perspectives are welcome and valued.
We strive to apply these guidelines fairly and transparently. If your content is removed or your account is restricted and you believe this was done in error, you may contact us for clarification. We aim to foster a community built on trust, openness and mutual respect.
