Domestic water supply pumps are usually plug-in solutions pumping potable and other water.
For swimming pool water to remain clean, it is permanently circulated and pumped through a filtering system. Swimming pool pumps, unlike drinking water pumps, are selected for their materials to be resistant to the aggressive properties of water containing chlorine.
