Merged into KSB

Established Shanghai Branch office

Contracted with DSME to supply VRCS with actuators for 12 shipsets of LNG carriers

1995

Obtained ISO 9001 certificate from DNV Succeeded in 100% localization for ODME Model SS-2000

1994

Started local manufacturing of VRC system under the technical license with KSB AMRI

Establishment of SEIL SERES CO., LTD

Started local manufacturing of ODME under the technical License with SERES France
