Mr. Imran Ghani serves as the Chief Executive Officer & MD of KSB Pumps Company Limited, Pakistan, while also holding the additional responsibility of Head of Central Asia.
Mr. Ghani has effectively articulated his engineering and business experience, spanning over 33 years, in leading multinational organizations within Pakistan and leading businesses in Middle East & Africa. His leadership skills have been sharpened by attending multiple leadership & management courses, workshops and seminars globally. He is a certified Trainer of Situational Leadership from Ken Blanchard which helps him to be an example of Servant Leadership.
Mr. Ghani is serving as the Vice President of Pakistan Foundry Association and also holds the position of Senior Vice President of German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GPCCI).

Ali Asif
Head of Strategy, Organizational Development & Human Resources
Mr. Ali Asif is an accomplished Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with over 18 years of experience in driving strategic transformation and building high-performing organizations.
As Head of Strategy, Organizational Development & Human Resources at KSB Pakistan, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness, advancing talent development, and ensuring strategic alignment. His role includes driving the execution of business strategy, strengthening people practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Prior to joining KSB Pakistan, Ali served as a Regional HR Competence Specialist for the Middle East & Africa region at a leading Germany-based industrial engineering organization, where he played a key role in designing and implementing leadership development frameworks, enhancing performance management systems, and driving initiatives that improved employee engagement and talent acquisition outcomes.
Ali holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. He is also a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International™ (SPHRi), reflecting his commitment to global HR standards and continuous professional development.
He brings a strong combination of strategic insight, people leadership, and execution capability, making him instrumental in advancing KSB Pakistan’s organizational and business objectives.

Faisal Aman Khan
Company Secretary
Mr. Faisal Aman currently holds the office of Company Secretary and is a results-driven legal professional with over two decades of experience in industrial relations, administration, legal affairs, and corporate governance. Since 1997, he has been actively engaged in managing legal compliance, labor relations, and corporate affairs having a strong focus on risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.
Mr. Khan is Certified in Legal Compliance and Secretarial practices from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), with a proven track record of delivering practical legal solutions and supporting organizational growth through effective governance frameworks.

Chief Manufacturing Officer
Mr. Fida Hussain currently holds the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer at the manufacturing facility in Hasanabdal. He has been a member of the Management Committee since 2022, contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of the company.
Mr. Hussain holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. With over 32 years of professional experience, he has held several key positions across various functions, consistently delivering results through operational excellence, process optimization, and effective team leadership.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hussain has demonstrated strong technical expertise and managerial acumen, making significant contributions to the company’s manufacturing capabilities and overall productivity. His leadership continues to play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of KSB’s operational activities.
Chief Manufacturing Officer
Mr. Fida Hussain currently holds the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer at the manufacturing facility in Hasanabdal. He has been a member of the Management Committee since 2022, contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of the company.

Mr. M. Omer Siddiqui holds the position of Head of Technical Functions, is a transformative technical leader with over 22 years of experience in driving growth, innovation, and enterprise-wide change across technical product management, engineering, and commercial operations.
Throughout his career at KSB, he has been at the forefront of portfolio transformation, strengthening market competitiveness, and positioning the organization for long-term, sustainable success through cross-functional collaboration.
Omer has led strategic initiatives focused on portfolio transformation, technology integration, and global market expansion. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to drive complex, high-impact initiatives and deliver innovative solutions that support business growth.
Omer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Science& Technology (NUST), Pakistan, and an Executive MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Quality Professional, reflecting his strong commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Mr. Zaidi holds professional accounting qualifications including CPA, CGA membership - Chartered Professional Accountants, Canada and ACCA fellowship – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and has built a distinguished career working with leading multinational organizations in complex, manufacturing-driven business environments. He has a proven track record in ERP implementation and procedure design and internal controls and audit. His professional journey reflects a consistent focus on delivering value through strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and transformative business initiatives.
