Dear KSBians,
My journey with KSB began in July 2007. What started as a simple step into the corporate world gradually evolved into a long association built on learning, responsibility, and trust. Over the years, KSB has not only shaped my professional life but has also influenced the way I think, work, and interact with people.
My first role in Aftermarket taught me the importance of clarity, accuracy, and staying close to the customer. Being the first woman in Aftermarket at the Chinchwad plant, these early experiences formed a strong foundation for what was to come.
In April 2011, I moved into Repairs and Service Stations. It was a challenging transition, with tighter timelines and deeper coordination. Alongside this, I also handled the SupremeServ Warranty Department, which required patience, sound judgement, fairness, and strong documentation discipline. It also demanded empathy while balancing customer expectations with business responsibility. These experiences helped me grow both professionally and personally.
Working on the SAP SD repair process and the S3 system for service stations remains one of the most satisfying phases of my journey. Visiting customers and KSB Service Stations provided me with valuable exposure and confidence, and I was fortunate to have seniors who guided me with sincerity and care.
The year 2022 brought a significant shift when I moved into the Nuclear Aftermarket. Walking into a nuclear facility leaves a lasting impression—the discipline, precision, and sense of responsibility are unmistakable. Being entrusted with discussing critical requirements in nuclear power plants, especially as a woman in such a specialised field, has been a matter of quiet pride.
From time to time, my work has also connected me with teams engaged in national defence-related projects. These interactions remind me that our efforts contribute, in some small way, to systems that support the nation, and that sense of purpose stays with me.
19 years at KSB have been shaped by mentors, colleagues, leaders, and teams who have supported me and helped me grow. Every discussion I handle today carries the influence of what I have learned from them.
For me, KSB has been a place of steady growth, meaningful relationships, and enduring values. The journey continues with gratitude for the past and a strong commitment to contributing to the critical sectors we serve.
