15 Years of Growth, Gratitude, and Becoming — My Journey with KSB
Every journey has a story — here’s mine, shaped by 15 incredible years with KSB.
In 2010, I joined KSB as a Graduate Trainee Engineer — a girl straight out of college, with no big career plan or ambition, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
For me, KSB has been more than just a workplace.
It has been:
- A journey of becoming a professional from a college pass-out,
- A journey of becoming someone from no one,
- A journey of becoming a team player from an individual,
- A journey of becoming a woman from a girl.
The best part of this journey is Never once in these 15 years have I felt alone. I’ve always found support, guidance, and encouragement at every step.
The biggest turning point in my career came in 2021, when I transitioned from Product Management—after a decade—to Sales.
What could have been a daunting shift turned into a smooth glide, thanks to the trust and support I received from KSB.
Through this journey, I’ve learned to embrace challenges with courage, face conflicts with positivity, and lead with empathy.
I am deeply grateful to all my mentors who have shaped me into who I am today. And above all, thank you, KSB, for welcoming me into this family 15 years ago and for making every step of the journey worthwhile.
