I began my journey with KSB in January 1996 as a trainee. After completing a year of training, I worked as a temporary employee for another year. These early years helped me develop my skills and discipline, laying the foundation for my future growth.
In 2011, I was promoted to a management role as a supervisor. Transitioning from a technical role to a leadership position was both challenging and rewarding.
One of the most memorable experiences at KSB was my first air travel to Nepal, an opportunity provided by the company. This experience broadened my perspective and reinforced KSB’s dedication to employee development and global exposure.
With strong support from KSB and continuous learning opportunities, I grew not just as an engineer but also developed a mindset focused on quality. Today, I proudly say that I am a solution provider for any quality issues in the Assembly and Machine Shop. This has been possible due to the growth-oriented and quality-driven culture at KSB, as well as the wholehearted support from colleagues and senior management.
In 2025, I achieved a major milestone by being promoted to Deputy Manager—a significant step toward fulfilling my childhood dream of becoming a white-collared professional. This promotion is a testament to years of hard work, continuous learning, and perseverance.
Looking ahead, I am eager to contribute further to KSB’s success and mentor the next generation of employees. Personally, I embrace new challenges and learning opportunities with gratitude for the experiences and achievements that have shaped my journey at KSB.
