KSB's Core value is Growth - when we talk of growth it's not professional but personal too, while working with KSB I experienced & gained both professional & personal growth.

I started my career with KSB in Jan 2012 in Finance & Accounts (WPD) as an Asst. Manager. I never imagined that my experience in KSB would be so thrilling, KSB gave me an ideal platform to operate & implement all my knowledge & skills. I was able to submit the VAT audit report upon joining in JAN 2012, this gave me confidence and encouragement as well as reposed the faith my Manager had imposed in me.

Throughout my work life at KSB, I've had the opportunity to be involved in various developments that have taken place in the sales accounting department. I was instrumental in implementing all the process development projects and have been actively involved in the transformations in the 2016 release of GFSMS (S3 system) for all India Godowns.

My major achievement was in 2017 where I worked in taxation transformation from VAT To GST era. Presently I am part of the S4 HANA team for O2S & I2C modules.

KSB has given me immense opportunities to contribute towards all development projects. These efforts had a major impact on my organizational effectiveness and have been personally fulfilling achievements within my career.

Due to my work at KSB, I could also develop my soft skills like problem-solving, communication skills and time management. In my personal life too I could own my first home, my first car and lots more. Thus, KSB has contributed immensely to my professional & personal growth.

As KSB moved forward & reached newer heights of success I too grew in every sphere of life. I feel that the KSB management always motivates employees to gain professional development as well as personal development.
