It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience of 18+ years at KSB Limited. I joined KSB in Dec 2004 as a Deputy Manager in the Submersible Division. Since then I've had numerous opportunities to be part of all the exciting developments in my department, to be able to learn and demonstrate my strong commitment and contributions.
Prior to 2018, TSS Agri & Domestic Division was called as TSS Submersible Division. The opportunities and responsibilities given to me have helped in my professional growth. It was in the year 2018 when the management entrusted me to take over the additional responsibility of Warehouse Management and was promoted to Manager. As you all know a major part of the submersible business is through godowns. We have 20 godowns PAN India catering to about 600+ dealers & managing them is quite a job. I deeply appreciate my very capable team and mentors at KSB for helping me to adapt to the new role effortlessly.
Over the years, I have treasured many priceless moments and memories at KSB. KSB strongly focuses on people and presents opportunities for individuals to grow, be it technical, behavioral, intellectual and management skills through its various training programs. I feel there is harmonized work-life balance at KSB as compared to other organizations I have worked with earlier in my career. Additionally, one can actively participate in many entertainment activities organized by the company. This motivates the employees to work harder and take on the challenge in their own way.

KSB has grown leaps and bounds and its product portfolio has also increased in almost all the verticals. There is immense scope for future growth as almost all segments of relevance are now accessible with KSB offer.
