Mr. Sachin Gadekar

My association with KSB actually began in June 2005 with KSB–PPD, where I worked for 3.5 years. As this was the beginning of my professional journey, I learned a wide range of skills — from working on the shop floor to interacting with customers.

 

 

Over the last few years, KSB has expanded its product basket with several new pumps. My team and I have invested significant time and effort in proving pump performance through various tests.

 

I am currently working as Manager for IPD & PPD Test Field and also responsible for export quality. KSB’s management has always trusted and supported me during critical situations.

I have always been an active member of KSB’s cultural committee, as well as various programmes, sporting events, trekking activities, and team-building initiatives. These experiences have consistently brought immense joy and memorable moments.

 

KSB has continuously provided me with long-term career growth and stability, which keeps me motivated to continue my association with the organisation.

 

Throughout my career, I have witnessed KSB’s growth and evolution. I have learned, matured, and reached meaningful milestones with an incredible team.
