Mr. Dilip Sase

"The experience of working at KSB has been truly rewarding and I am keen on further developing my skills and look forward to contributing to the success of the company."
On 2nd December 1998, I joined Grade-O-Castings in Vambori as a trainee - a cast iron foundry and a subsidiary of KSB. I was given the opportunity to work as a turner in the pattern shop. After having worked in Grade-O-Castings for about five years, it merged with KSB in 2002. I have been an integral part of the Foundry Division and since then I have completed 26 years of service.
My economical condition at home was dismal before joining KSB, but the situation improved considerably afterward. There was a positive change in people's attitude towards me, and my family life prospered since conditions changed for the better.
For the past many years, I have handled various jobs in the pattern shop. I was blessed to have received continued support and guidance from my colleagues, superiors and the management from time to time. This helped me to learn new skills which enhanced my knowledge. In 2023, I celebrated the silver jubilee of my service. The company honoured me and my wife with a gold coin and a silver jubilee certificate at the hands of our MD. I also received a monetary reward from the company for participating in the idea management initiative. The promising environment at KSB has played an instrumental role in my professional as well as familial progress. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a prestigious organisation.
The experience of working at KSB has been truly rewarding and I am keen on further developing my skills and look forward to contributing to the success of the company.
I am really proud to be a KSBian.
