Dear KSBians,

I began my journey with KSB in February 2014 as an Officer – Project Sales at the Mumbai Zonal Office. Coming from an electronics background and dealer network experience, stepping directly into the API‑610 pump business was truly challenging. Working in a multinational environment and establishing myself there felt like a big step—but what helped me sustain and grow was the constant support and positive environment created by the people around me.

KSB’s open learning culture has always stood out to me. At that time, our tagline was People, Passion and Performance, and I strongly connect with it. My growth has been driven by learning from great people, staying passionate about my goals, and continuously improving my performance.

Over the past 12 years at KSB, I have had the opportunity to work across several divisions, including Oil & Gas, General Industry, SupremeServ, Chemical and New emerging technologies like Green hydrogen & Railways. One of the most defining moments in my career was my transition from Front Sales to Application Engineering in 2022, which proved to be a turning point for me. Presently, I am heading two RACs – Chemical & New Technology – along with a highly motivated and engaged team.

KSB has always shown trust in its employees and confidence in their capabilities, and I am truly grateful for that. I sincerely appreciate the opportunities I have received to work on emerging technologies such as Green Hydrogen, Railways, Chemicals, and Wind applications. These experiences have enriched my career and reinforced my belief that, with the right environment and support, growth is continuous.
