I joined KSB Ltd. in November 1994 in the Assembly Department, and since then, this organization has been the foundation of my professional as well as personal growth. Over the years, I had the opportunity to contribute across various areas such as Assembly, MRP, Excise & Logistics, and later took on the responsibility of leading Outsourcing & Vendor Development. During this period, I worked on several critical and high-importance projects.
Key Contributions:
Precision & Heavy-Duty Machining
Delivered solutions for PPD/EPD plants, including salvaging, coating, overlays, and other specialized requirements.
Nuclear Business Components
Developed finish machining at vendor end for RSR pump casing, Motor Stool, RHD, YNK volute casing, DMDE bearing grinding, coatings, and other critical components.
Super-Critical Projects
Successfully executed machining activities for CHTD, RVM, RHMR, WKTA/B, HGM, and several other heavy-duty components as per management guidelines.
Conventional Business
Developed and outsourced various components related to BFPs & CEPs in alignment with management directives.
Painting & Surface Treatment
Supported global product baskets through specialized surface treatment and painting operations.
Vendor Development
Enabled smooth execution of both conventional product baskets and complex projects by strengthening vendor capability.
