Mr. A. Manickaraj

Due to my father's illness I had to support my family financially hence I had to discontinue my schooling after 11th grade and look after my father's grocery store. Since the store was not very profitable, I was looking for an alternative job. At that time, I came to know about the openings in KSB Limited-Valve division in December 1991. Fortunately, I got the job in the deburring department at KSB. After a period of 6 months in the KSB valve division, I received an opportunity to work in coil winding Machine in the Pump division. As management was impressed by my work, I was offered the appointment letter in the year 1993 and the confirmation letter in October 1998. I have obediently worked under the supervision and guidance of my higher officials in many departments like Motor winding, painting, and sub-store. Furthermore, I worked in the MRP department of the pump division from 2004 to 2005 and subsequently, in the year 2006, the company transferred me to the MRP department of the valve division and promoted me as a management staff member in the grade of executive. I have now reached the position of assistant manager and I must say KSB gave me the opportunities and growth based on my abilities and performance. 

KSB had grown stronger substantially in these past years. Company helped me to improve my professional as well as personal life. Many trainings were conducted by KSB which enriched me technically and helped me work efficiently. KSB has always recognised my hard work and given me more opportunities to grow in my career. My fellow KSBians always see me as a family member and support me whenever I need.

I am very happy that I took the decision of choosing KSB and wish KSB should grow further in coming years with support and wishes of we KSBians.
