With KSB as my workplace for the last 11 years, I can proudly say that I have experienced this throughout my journey. Not a single day has passed when I felt this was not the place where I belonged, and that is because of the culture we have at KSB.
KSB has always been more than just a workplace for me—it has been like a family. Our culture balances performance with appreciation, ensuring every individual feels valued. The diversity within the organisation, with professionals across generations, creates a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
I still remember joining KSB as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in October 2014. During an HR session, we were asked if we saw ourselves spending the next 25 years with the company. With slight hesitation, I raised my hand. Looking back today, I can confidently say it was the right decision.
My journey began in the PMPS department of the IPD plant before moving to the Machine Shop at the PPD plant. Working in different environments during my GET period gave me a strong understanding of the company's operations. After completing my GET period in 2015, I joined the Order Engineering Department, where I became the direct point of contact for customers. This role helped me overcome hesitation, strengthen my communication skills, and build confidence.
A major milestone came in 2017 with the move to the newly inaugurated EPD plant. The modern infrastructure, state-of-the-art Administration Building, advanced training facilities, auditorium, library, and collaborative work environment brought fresh energy and enthusiasm. It reflects KSB’s commitment to innovation, employee well-being, and continuous development, making it a place where I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.
KSB’s focus on employee welfare is evident in every detail—from quality transport and canteen facilities to excellent learning resources, e-learning platforms, and modern workstations that make daily work more efficient and enjoyable.
Strong leadership has been another pillar of KSB’s success. A clear vision, well-defined goals, and continuous investment in employee development through training programs and interactive sessions have enabled both organisational and individual growth. The Cultural Committee’s initiatives also provide opportunities to connect, celebrate, and unwind beyond work.

As I look back on my journey, I am grateful to KSB for the opportunities, learning, and experiences that have shaped my career. KSB’s focus has always been on developing its people, not just getting the work done. I look forward to continuing this wonderful journey for many more years to come.
