Mr. P. B. Praseed

Dear KSBians,
It has been a truly fulfilling journey of 18 years with KSB. I began my KSB journey as an Assistant Manager, with a few years of prior experience in the pump industry. At that time, my primary focus was on the Agri and Domestic segments, and from the Bangalore office, I worked on building the Kerala market from the ground level.
Those early years were instrumental in shaping my approach to work. They taught me how to build a business from scratch, understand customer expectations, and strengthen KSB’s presence in a highly competitive market.
Over time, my role expanded beyond Sales. I gained exposure across Accounts, Marketing Services, Service Operations, Commercial processes, and overall business management. This experience helped me develop stronger decision-making abilities and gave me a deeper understanding of how various functions come together to drive business growth.
One of the most memorable milestones in my career was being part of the initiative to establish the Branch Office in Kerala. From those initial stages, I have had the opportunity to contribute to and later lead multiple business segments across the state, including:
  • Valves
  • CBS
  • W&WW
  • General Industry
  • KSB SupremeServ
  • In addition to the core Agri and Domestic business
Handling these diverse segments has given me a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective of KSB’s business ecosystem in Kerala. It has also enabled me to build strong and lasting relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and internal teams.
On a personal level as well, KSB has played a significant role in shaping who I am today. The responsibilities, challenges, and achievements over these years have contributed to my growth both professionally and personally. The values, discipline, and culture of KSB continue to guide my approach to leadership and decision-making.
Looking back, I feel proud of this journey. And as I look ahead, I remain committed to contributing further to KSB’s growth and leading my team towards new milestones.
