Completing 18 years with KSB is a proud and memorable milestone in my professional life. Looking back, I am grateful for the opportunities, experiences, challenges, and continuous learning that have shaped my career. KSB has been more than a workplace, it has been a platform for growth, development, and lifelong learning.
I began my career with KSB Sinnar in February 2008 as a Store Supervisor. During my 10-year tenure in the Sinnar Store Department, I gained comprehensive knowledge of store operations while developing technical, operational, and leadership skills. I also learned the values of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence, which continue to guide me today.
In June 2018, I moved to KSB Foundry, Vambori, as Steel Store In-charge and Logistics Coordinator. This role gave me the opportunity to contribute to initiatives such as inventory reduction, space optimization, heat-wise material clustering, and process improvements, strengthening my analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
In November 2019, I was offered the opportunity to join the Purchase Department, where I took responsibility for Indirect Purchasing activities. This transition expanded my knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also witnessed KSB's unwavering commitment to its employees, families, suppliers, and society, making me even prouder to be part of the KSB family.
In November 2022, I joined the Indirect Purchase Team at KSB Sinnar, taking on a larger supplier base, wider product portfolio, and increased responsibilities. I had the privilege of contributing to key projects such as Shop 4, the R&D Laboratory, office renovations, pond development, and other infrastructure initiatives. These experiences further strengthened my project management, supplier coordination, procurement, and business understanding.
Throughout these 18 years, every role, project, and challenge has contributed to my professional and personal development. KSB has helped me strengthen skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and time management.
What makes KSB truly special is its culture of continuous learning and employee development. The organization encourages employees to learn, innovate, take ownership, and achieve their full potential.
I sincerely thank all my mentors, managers, colleagues, and team members for their guidance, trust, encouragement, and support throughout my journey. Above all, I thank KSB for welcoming me into this family 18 years ago and providing countless opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.
As I celebrate this milestone, I look forward to many more years of learning, collaboration, innovation, and success with KSB. I wish KSB continued success in innovation, digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth as it moves toward its vision of becoming the No. 1 pump company in the world.
