Mr. Ashok Choudhary

I joined KSB on 6th April 2006 as an Officer (Sales Executive), with a strong desire to learn and build a successful career. Initially, I was entrusted with handling Western Uttar Pradesh. Within just two months, I was given additional responsibility for Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Delhi. The trust shown in me at such an early stage of my career motivated me immensely and laid the foundation for my professional growth. Over the years, my responsibilities have continued to expand, and today I am privileged to handle the entire North region.

One of the most significant milestones in my journey came in 2007 when I was given the responsibility of developing the Nepal business from the ground up. What started as a business of around 1.5 million steadily grew to 110 million. This achievement was not mine alone, it was the result of teamwork, perseverance, and the strong support systems that KSB provides for its employees.

In recognition of my performance and commitment, I was entrusted with the responsibility of handling the Chandigarh Branch for eight months in 2024. It was an opportunity that I accepted with great pride and a strong sense of accountability. I was also privileged to manage the Solar Business for the direct area until 2025, which gave me valuable exposure to a fast-growing sector and broadened my understanding of emerging technologies and market opportunities.

From joining as an Officer to my current role as BDM – Agri & Domestic Segment, North Zone-1, KSB has played a vital role in shaping my professional journey. What makes KSB truly unique is not only its engineering excellence but also its supportive work culture, inspiring leadership, and collaborative environment that encourages people to grow and succeed.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management for their continued trust, to my seniors for their guidance and mentorship, and to my colleagues for their unwavering support. Every achievement and milestone in my career has been possible because of the collective encouragement and teamwork of so many people around me.

As I reflect on these 20 years, I feel proud of what has been achieved, grateful for the experiences I have gained, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I look forward to continuing my journey with KSB and contributing with the same dedication, integrity, and passion that have guided me throughout my career.
