KSB Shanghai Honored as "Advanced Unit" in National Pump Industry Standardization
DEQING, China – January 9, 2026 – KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd. ("KSB Shanghai") is proud to announce that it has been awarded the title of "Advanced Unit for Standardization Work in the National Pump Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan."
The distinction was conferred during the inauguration of the 7th National Pump Standardization Technical Committee and its 2025 Work Meeting, held in Deqing, Zhejiang, from January 7 to January 9, 2026.
In addition to the corporate award, Shanghai KSB was elected as a member unit of the 7th National Pump Standardization Technical Committee. Furthermore, Dr. Sha Yujun, Chief Engineer of KSB Shanghai, has been officially appointed as a committee member. These honors recognize KSB’s extensive technical expertise and its significant contributions to the standardization of the Chinese pump industry.

With over 30 years of deep engagement in the Chinese market, KSB has consistently prioritized standardization to drive technical upgrades and product innovation. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, KSB Shanghai played a pivotal role in the revision and formulation of key national and industry standards, including GB/Z 43364-2023, GB/T 44688-2024, and JB/T 14165-2022.
