Since KSB entered the Chinese market, we have set up seven company branches, employed over 1000 KSB professional staff and collaborate with more than 60 Service Partners. KSB is now leading the pump market in China.

KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd.

Located at the Minhang Economic & Technological Development Zone, more than 800 qualified employes work at the company at a plant area of 130,000 square meters.

KSB Valves (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2010, KSB Valves (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. is a local subsidiary in China of KSB Group, the worldwide famous pumps and valves manufacturer of Germany. The company is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, covering an area of 46,667m2, with a plant area of 9,199m2 in the first phase.

KSB Limited

Before 1993, KSB’s business in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau were exclusively represented by Jebsen Co. Ltd. On 22 April 1993 KSB Group established a joint-venture company in Hong Kong together with Jebsen & Co., Ltd. The joint-venture’s registered name “KSB Jebsen (China) Limited” was 51% owned by KSB Group and 49% by Jebsen. The main focus of the business were customers in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. On 23 November 1998, KSB Group acquired Jebsen’s 49% share and re-registered its’ name to “ KSB Limited “. Since then, KSB Limited-Hongkong played an important role in supporting KSB Group’s businesses in China, Hong Kong and Macau.

SEC-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Electric-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. (SEC-KSB) is a joint venture established by SEC and KSB AG in September 2008, with a share ratio of 55 % (SEC) / 45 % (KSB).

KSB Pump & Valve Technology Service (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.

KSB Pump & Valve Technology Service (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company specializes in installation, commission, maintenance, upgrade, replacement and technology consultation about KSB pumps, valves and system, including authorized products, also imports and exports related equipments and components.

Dalian KSB AMRI Valves Co., Ltd

Dalian KSB AMRI Co., Ltd established in 2004, which located in the Export Processing zone in Dalian and it is a domestic registered company of KSB-Group.

KSB inaugurates its new valve factory in Changzhou in China

2008

Shanghai Electric – KSB Nuclear Pumps and Valves Co., Ltd established as JV between Shanghai Electric Group (55%) and KSB Group (45%)

2007

Establishment of KSB Industry Standard Pump Workshop in Minhang, Shanghai, China

2005

KSB Group increased shareholding in KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd to 80%

2004

Dalian KSB AMRI Valves Co., Ltd. registered as 100% owned company of KSB Group in China

1995

KSB Group took over all shares from Jebsen to establish 100% owned KSB Limited (Hong Kong)

1994

KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd. established as JV between Shanghai Electric Group (49%) and KSB Group (51%)
