SHANGHAI – Under the theme "Chasing New, Striving Ahead," the KSB 2026 Annual Manager & Sales Meeting was successfully held at the KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd. "Crystal Palace" from February 5 to 6, 2026.
Executive leadership from KSB Group, KSB Asia North, and business unit heads gathered with sales elites and managers to review the record achievements of 2025 and map out the strategic blueprint for 2026.
Strategic Leadership: Global Vision, Local Depth
The meeting opened with a keynote address by Ralf Kannefass, Managing Director of KSB Management SE and CSO. Mr. Kannefass reviewed the Group’s steady global development in 2025 despite market volatility, attributing success to superior technology and service. Looking to 2026, he outlined the Group's strategic planning, placing high expectations on the China and Asia North markets as critical engines in KSB’s global landscape.

He Jun, Regional Executive Officer of KSB Asia North, provided a comprehensive analysis of regional business development. Acknowledging the dedication of the staff, he emphasized that under the guidance of the corporate "Mission TEN30" strategy, KSB Shanghai will steadfastly advance three core pillars in 2026: Localization, Digitalization, and Sustainability. Mr. He stressed continued investment in R&D, market expansion, and customer service to drive innovation-led growth.

Solid Foundations and Benchmarking
Frank Zhu, Managing Director of KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd., reviewed the company's performance, noting that the Shanghai team overcame challenges to reach new highs in 2025, further consolidating KSB's industry leadership. In 2026, the focus will remain on deepening partnerships, expanding into frontier sectors, and enhancing internal operational efficiency.

Financial insights were provided by Kevin Dong, Regional Vice President, CFO of KSB Asia North and Finance Director of KSB Shanghai, who highlighted significant results in cost control and resource allocation, outlining a robust financial framework to support business expansion in the coming year.

Global Synergy and Business Focus
A highlight of the event was the active participation of global leadership. Presidents from the Energy, Petrochemicals/Chemicals, General Industry, Building Services, Water, and SupremeServ global business units shared insights via in-person addresses and video messages, reinforcing confidence in KSB’s strategic direction.
During the sessions, Zhang Yong, Regional Vice President, SupremeServ of KSB Asia North and MD of KSB Tianjin, alongside KSB Shanghai Sales Directors and Digitalization leads, presented tailored sales strategies and action plans for the local market.
Operational and support functions also defined their 2026 trajectories:
● Technology: Dr. Sha Yujun, Technical Director and Chief Engineer of KSB Shanghai, detailed plans for product localization and technical upgrades.
● Market & Talent: Joyce Teng, Regional Vice President, HR of KSB Asia North and HR & Marketing Director of KSB Shanghai, celebrated KSB Shanghai’s fourth consecutive "Top Employer" award. She presented the 2026 marketing roadmap and emphasized systematic HR management as a driver for business growth.
● Operations & EHS: Led by Frank Zhu, the operations team reviewed 2025 performance. Qian Weidong, Deputy Managing Director of KSB Shanghai, set higher standards for EHS and facility maintenance, while Kevin Xiao, Quality Director, focused on quality control and efficiency. Qian Kaina, Deputy Finance Director, showcased progress in the Big2G digitalization project.
Incentives and Future Outlook
The event featured the annual "Red Envelope" ceremony, where Frank Zhu and He Jun distributed 2026 sales targets and special digitalization goals to the business units.

High-performing sales elites from 2025 were also honored with awards, recognizing their contributions and inspiring the team for the year ahead.
