2023 KSB China Annual Distributor Meeting
The 2023 KSB China Distributor Meeting was held at the exclusive Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort on February 23. We look back at 2022 and look forward to 2023 together with our distributors.
The Meeting continues with the theme of "Pumping for hundred years leading Intelligence Innovation", aiming to highlight KSB's goal of following digital innovation, which is also an important step in KSB's continuous progress towards becoming one of the best pump manufacturers in the world.
More than 300 senior leaders, including Mr. Kannefass, Executive Director of KSB; Mr. He Jun, CEO of KSB North Asia Region; Mr. Yao Mengxing, general manager of Shanghai KSB Pump Co., LTD., heads of various functional departments, and distributors, gathered in Sanya to review the course of 2022 and seek new market development in 2023.

Mr. He Jun, CEO of KSB North Asia, gave a detailed introduction to all aspects of the business in North Asia. Under the guidance of Climb 21, KSB continues to focus on market-focused profitable growth, strengthening its advantages and eliminating its weaknesses, and becoming a leading supplier of comprehensive, consistently high quality products and services to its customers.

Mr. Yao Mengxing, General manager, introduced the achievements and prospects of Shanghai KSB in detail. In 2022, we never give up in the face of difficulties, work together to help each other, and be customer-oriented. Our Pretax profit in 2022 has steadily improved to a record high. In 2023, we will build on the momentum and achieve even better results.

Mr. Kannefass, Executive Director of KSB Group, joined the meeting online in the afternoon and interacted with Mr. He Jun, CEO of KSB North Asia. They reviewed the excellent performance of the Group's global business in 2022, especially in North Asia and KSB China, as well as the important breakthroughs made by KSB Shanghai in the digital aspect in 2022. Finally, Mr. Kannefass expressed his sincere thanks to the dealer partners who have been supporting the development of KSB, and wished a new breakthrough in 2023.

Sales, finance, operation, product management, technology development, channel management and business development of each business department introduced the implementation plans of various business development, channel support and back-end management. Group sales leaders of each business department also recorded a message video for the meeting.
Award ceremony
In recognition of the hard work of the distributors last year and the close cooperation with KSB, the annual meeting held the award ceremony for distributors. The "Special Contribution Award" and "Excellent Distributors Award" were selected to commend the efforts made by excellent distributors in 2022. At the same time, the loyalty Contribution Award was also awarded to thank the distributor friends for their mutual understanding and pay with us over these years.
