Service Training on Building Services product at Standard Pumps Division
Training for the pumps and systems required for Commercial Building services was imparted
In coordination with Sinnar Warranty Resolution and Quality Assurance team Standard Pumps Division (SPD), Commercial Building Services conducted service training on moviBOOST system & KGP Panel for Amarex IN and KRTU at KSB Sinnar plant for two days, 5th and 6th September 2022.
Around 55 service officers from dealer fraternities across India participated in this program.
The first day started with a keynote from Mr. Rajesh Gote, QA & Warranty resolution Head, SPD, followed by various classroom sessions on the basics of panel components, system features, operating philosophy, controller parameterization, best practices for erection and commissioning, troubleshooting of the systems.
On the following day, with support from the Test Bed team, we conducted hands-on training for moviBOOST system & KGP panel on a live platform at the test field. The training was concluded with an open QA session.
The training was conducted by Mr. Vikas Ikhankar, Mr. Mahendra Dalvi, Mr. Vishal Wagh, and Mr. Ashish Bankhele, with admin support from HR Ms. Anagha Gugale.
We received positive feedback from the participants and the training was conducted successfully.
