Customer Training- Grasim Industries and Tata Chemicals
Training were imparted regarding KSB products, pump selection criteria, troubleshooting etc.
Our General Industry team conducted a full fledged customer training program for Grasim Industries and Tata Chemicals.
At M/s Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group) Veraval- Gujarat , we conducted about 150 min of session which began with the qqinformation about KSB as a group and facilities / capabilities in India, followed by technical presentation on KSB products, pump selection criteria and basics of pump maintenance and trouble shooting
The session was very interactive with lot of questions and doubts which were duly clarified. Overall we witnessed approx. 40 participants from various dept. like Engineering, Projects and Maintenance staff of customer and shared the pump know-how with them.
A similar training session was conducted for the customer M/s Tata Chemicals (Tata Salt) at their Mithapur, Gujarat plant. The entire session was a smooth interactive session which also helped us to better understand the customer’s requirements. Around 25 participants from different departments attended the training
At both the locations , below is the team of presentors who conducted these sessions smoothly; Mr. Ravindra Gadgil (TSS – GIN), Mr. Tejas Talele (TSS – GIN), Mr. Nirav Thakkar ( Sales – GIN), Mr. Divyamani Madhur ( Supremeserv) and Mr. Jai Bhosale ( Supremeserv).
These trainings were attended by our dealer M/s Shaildeep Enterprises who are handles the above mentioned customers on our behalf.
