KSB Limited organized SupremeServ Meet 2024 at Pune

KSB Ltd. recently hosted SupremeServ Meet at Pune. During this three-day meet, more than 100 SupremeServ employees from various regions across India came together to exchange insights, strategize, and shape the future of KSB’s service excellence.

The event commenced with an inspiring address from our Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Jain, emphasizing KSB’s commitment to innovation, customer-centric solutions, and sustainable growth under the theme “Higher Faster Stronger together…” Strategic discussions led by Mr. Mahesh Bhave, Vice President of Finance, focused on financial strategies to optimize costs, drive revenue growth, and allocate resources prudently. Sessions led by Mr. Mohan Patil, Vice President of HR, and Mr. Sudhir Aphale, General Manager, emphasizing on talent development, employee engagement, and skill enhancement.

Mr. Rajesh Kulkarni, Head of SupremeServ ASW, outlined a roadmap for the future, highlighting digital tools' utilization, expansion of service offerings, and strengthening customer relationships. Hands-on workshops, technical sessions, and interactive panels provided opportunities for knowledge exchange and cross-functional learning, fostering unity and collaboration within the SupremeServ family.
