'KSB: The Pillar of My Life – 31 Years of a Successful Journey'
I am Sanjeev Sadashiv Shinde, a resident of Punawale, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune. My journey with KSB began on 1st June 1994 at KSB Limited, Pimpri, Pune-18. I joined the company as a Turner, working on lathe machines in the Machine Shop.
For almost 25 years, I worked on the lathe machine, witnessing the company grow tremendously during this period. There were many changes in the way we worked, and KSB embraced new technologies, bringing a remarkable transformation in pump manufacturing. Thanks to German technology, our products are in demand across the globe, and as a proud KSBian, that fills me with immense pride.
KSB celebrates every employee who completes 25 years of service with a Silver Jubilee ceremony. Each one of us is honoured by the Managing Director with a certificate and a gold coin, a moment of joy not just for the employee, but for his entire family. I have now completed 31 years at KSB. In these years, the company has expanded significantly, with IPD, PPD, Sinnar Foundry, and Vambori. After my 25-year tenure at the lathe machine, I had the opportunity to work in the Tool Store, then in the Spares Department, and currently, I am working in the Assembly section.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, KSB extended tremendous support to all employees and their families, a gesture we will never forget. KSB has played a vital role in my personal growth and in shaping a bright future for my children through quality education. I feel a deep sense of pride and gratitude toward this organisation. That’s why I say, KSB – Solutions for Life.
