KSB manufacturing expansion in Cibitung
On October 18, 2022, KSB Indonesia proudly completed a remarkable expansion of its manufacturing facility and workshop in Cibitung, West Java. The facility has coupled with a significant increase in size, now spanning an area of 9,620 square meters.
The expansion strengthening KSB Indonesia’s commitment to elevating the overall quality and value of its offerings to customers. The expansion includes the addition of a new sandblast room, painting booth room, assembly area, and two floors dedicated to SupremeServ workshop. The newly established SupremeServ workshop covering 2,000 square meters across two floors. The workshop is designed to facilitate the efficient handling of various-size components, thanks to the incorporation of 20-ton/5- ton overhead crane, two 2-ton jib cranes and two 500 kg jib cranes.
The workshop includes a more extensive equipment list, including milling machines, vertical drilling machines, small and medium-sized lathes, and a precision balancing machine. This robust infrastructure ensures the delivery of precise and high-quality services. In its commitment to sustainability, KSB Indonesia has embraced green energy initiatives to power its expanded facility by applying a solar panel system with a remarkable capacity of 250kWp. This forward-thinking approach optimizes the utilization of clean energy, providing over 50% of the required electricity to power the office, factory, and service workshop.

Enhancing our commitment to support local content requirements (TKDN) and partnering with local suppliers, which not only promotes the development of the domestic industry but also creates job opportunities and empowers local talents.
