KSB’s Unwavering Commitment to Quality
At KSB quality assurance is more than a procedure—it’s a fundamental promise. Recently, our sales Manager and engineer Timothy Mutwii accompanied a valued group of clients including consultants, project managers, contractors, and officials from the Ministry of Water to KSB France for a pivotal Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of pumps destined for the Kaliro-Namungalwe Project in Uganda.
The Factory Acceptance Test serves a critical purpose: providing independent proof of functionality, quality, and integrity through a meticulous and comprehensive verification process. It also ensures that all essential documentation aligns seamlessly with project requirements. Moreover, it establishes confidence that the equipment performs precisely as expected when deployed in the field.
Among the delegation were Douglass Davis Kiggundu, Otwane Dan, Bujure Moses Godfrey, Alito Jonathan, Kaguhangire Steven, Chelugi Simon, and Kyomugishe Trinah, whose presence underscored the importance of ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for this significant project.
The outcome of the FAT demonstrated outstanding performance across all parameters, reaffirming KSB Kenya’s unwavering commitment to excellence. Our dedication to quality goes beyond fulfilling specifications; it’s about delivering solutions that are ready to perform, ready to endure, and ready to exceed expectations.
